SELECTED WORKS OF YANG SHU

Yang Shu graduated from Sichuan Fine Art Institute in 1988. He was involved with various art groups like "New Wave" in 1985. He did the "opening painting" for the Avant-Garde exhibition at the National Fine Art Museum in Beijing in April 1989. He was as a
resident artist at the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam in 1995. Upon his return to China he started to teach at the Sichuan Fine Art Institute, where he is still now.

With all his patience to give a hand to young artists he found the ORGANHAUS in 2006, an independent institution. Visit www.organhaus.org The focus is to experiment creative
art. International artists, as well as Chinese artists from various provinces create space to exchange creativity.
